- Courthouse Bell Dedication Ceremony – On December 8, Brown County residents gathered to celebrate the re-dedication of our courthouse bell following the renovation of the courthouse itself. Longtime resident Jim Roberts shares his childhood memory of hearing the bell toll for the death of the town water pump in 1948. Bellkeeper Duane Parsons tells us all about the bell, except where it was made…because nobody knows.
